• Fully recipe-driven, tool-less adjustments and no change parts; 15 minute or less change over times
• ZAC Patented Dynamic Carton Cell Chain (Patent 7.735.296) accommodates a wide range of carton sizes, without carton change parts
Vertical Cartoners
• Offered with integrated infeeds; Waterfall technology, Volumetric Filler, and Integrated Weighing/Counting Scale Systems
• Available in manual load, semi-automatic, and mid-range to high speed
• Recipe-driven, flexible systems run a wide range of carton and product sizes
• ZAC Patented Product Streaming and Vibration Technology (Patent 7.497.064) prevents bridging and clogging of product during loading and provides consistent product flow and settling
Case and Tray Packing Systems
• Flexible packing systems offer case erecting, case packing, case sealing within the same machine
• Available with integrated robotic infeed and buffer system to minimize and eliminate downtime
