Meeting sanitation and cleanability requirements for dairy and food processing, the Delkor Flex Loader sanitary case loader is engineered for washdown environments. This gantry-style case packer is stainless steel and easy to clean with minimal flat surfaces.

New in 2010, Delkor’s Flex Loader Sanitary Case and Tray Packer is designed specifically for use in today’s dairy and food processing plants. To meet sanitation requirements, the Delkor Flex Loader Sanitary Case and Tray Packer design includes these features:

100% stainless steel for metal compnents

FDA - compliant plastic components

Minimal horizontal features

tool-less removable change parts for easy cleaning

sanitary flights on conveyors with tool-less disassembly for easy cleaning

stainless steel air cylinders

washdown duty servo motors, gear boxes, and pneumatics

sanitary stainless steel ball end leveling feet for minimal floor contact

mating parts are mounted to welded spacers to minimize surface contact

NEMA 4X electrical enclosure with sloped top

Delkor’s case packing product lines are servo-driven, gantry-style pick-and-place loaders engineered for loading regular slotted cases (RSC), half slotted cases (HSC), flange seal cases, trays, retail ready trays or plastic dairy cases.
